People have so many misconceptions about the models that are walking on the ramp. We have found out from the Victoria’s Secret Angels and models showed us that being a model is not an easy profession. In the modern days, the models are sharing everything that they do to look amazing on the lingerie brand’s fashion show. 

The models have been documenting their workouts and even talking about their routines prior to the fashion show in different interviews. Over the last whole month, we have found out that the models work very hard for that one night of the year where the general population marvels at them.

Models have admitted that they work out all year long to stay in shape as Adriana Lima said that she is always ready to get on the ramp. The models said that they amp up their workouts a month before the castings for the show to look perfect and if they are selected, they make a workout regime that is as tough as some professional athletes out there.

According to Telegraph, Olajide Jr., the founder of Aerospace have been training some of the models and Angels for the show and he elaborated on the workout preferences of the Angels and model which include boxing, Adriana Lima has showed preference to boxing as it helps engage the whole body.

Models like Martha Hunt show preference for core exercises as it helps them balance on those high heels and wings on their backs. British model Leomie Anderson likes weighted workouts which involve side squats, leg lifts and weighted crunches and one-legged bends. Kelly Gale has shown preference to workout with sliders as they peak on the trending workout equipment.

It’s tough to just look at these workouts and we have to appreciate that the models earn their way to one of the most fashion shows in the world.
