This will change as soon as America wakes. A growing Cyber Monday trend is the offering of Cyber Monday deals in stores. This is new at Target this year. Not only is Target's Cyber Monday sale 48 hours and not 24 hours as last year, but Target's guests get the Cyber Monday sitewide discount also on stores. This against the original concept of Cyber Monday, but times are changing.

We have seen reports on social media that Target stores are getting almost daily invententory of Hatchimals. On Sunday and Monday, customers can save on these up to 20%.

Smaller stores keep their eye on the actual Cyber Monday, Nov. 28. The reason for this is that a large group of consumers is not adjusting to the reality of Cyber Monday already starting on Sunday's over the past couple of years. Smaller stores focus all their deals on the one day that most consumers shop for Cyber deals.

More consumers will shop Cyber Monday on Sunday as they remember to encountered empty inventories on the best deals on Monday last year. The distribution of consumer spending on Sunday and Monday will be interesting to see. Black Friday has generated $3 billion in online sales according to Adobe's analytics. This is the amount Cyber Monday yield for online retailers last year. To stay the biggest online sales day, Cyber Monday 2016 needs to grow.

We will have updates of the Cyber Monday 2016 consumer spending throughout the next 48 hours. The latest Cyber Monday 2016 deals and news are available at the Cyber Monday 2016 Hub.
