Victoria’s Secret model Bridget Malcolm stated the obvious which was her athletic training regimen in preparation for the runway. She follows a fitness schedule that is the envy of many a hardworking female.

Since the VS Fashion Show is viewed by over 500 million people on a global level, some of the supermodels and Angels tend to begin their preparations well in advance of the event.

One of the Angels is Bridget Malcolm who is an Aussie and drop dead gorgeous not to mention a piece of art as far as her form is concerned.

She recently revealed that she is not just gifted or well-endowed as far as good genes are concerned. Rather she has to work hard for her living. The grueling workouts she has to endure are as close to the most excruciatingly painful torture as you can get.

Besides that she has to follow a nutritious whole food diet that is clean, lean and green. As for the sleep factor, Bridget never skimps on some shuteye to keep her looks and body fresh and charming. Most of her colleagues also train like athletes before the big day.

Speaking on television, Bridget mentioned that it was like a heavy-weight boxer getting ready for fight night. Everything was so hard to do and it was a mission full of blood, sweat and tears.

According to DailyMail, the training was tough, the diet was spartan and the sleep schedules would put many of the “Lights Out” rules extant in boarding schools to shame.

Other Angels besides Bridget such as Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid are also in the final stages of their training sessions before the show begins. As far as the show is concerned, it must go on and it must be a good show to boot.

Bridget said matter of factually that she was the fittest and strongest she had ever been this time around. She also felt like she was on top of the world.

She was asked regarding the skinny-shaming she faced in the past. Bridget answered vehemently that it was a very bad thing to do and that people ought not to judge someone’s inner heart and soul based solely upon their outer looks.

She also stated that you have to be healthy and happy and ignore the heckling crowd who could only pick holes in your argument. Bridget also mentioned how she had started resistance training recently which had really shaped her body for the better.
