They are getting ready for the ramps in Paris. December’s icy Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will really light up the night with these sexy models in their feathered wings and bras and panties.

It will be a case of luscious lingeries that tantalize and high heels that mesmerize the male of the species. Here we lend you the inside scoop on how four of the Angels begin to clean up their diets in preparation for the VS Fashion Show:

1. Adriana Lima: She is a big believer in consistency. She eats six small meals a day and works out in boxing sessions six days a week. She takes a special beverage at night too. This contains buckwheat. Among some of the foods she takes are oatmeal, chicken or fish and cappuccino with honey in it. Adriana Lima goes gluten-free for most of her days prior to sashaying on the ramp.

2. Martha Hunt: Meat and eggs are her mainstay. She relies on an oversupply of proteins to keep her fit as a fiddle. Martha knows that proteins are not only filling but tasty as well. They are not disgusting like some of the low-fat diets you find on the Internet. Among some of the other foods she eats are salmon, chicken and pumpkin. She splurges on pizza once in a while. Also protein bars figure among her go-to snacks while on the run.  

3. Bridget Malcolm: She doesn’t touch alcohol during the prep days. Also refined sugar is a definite enemy of her svelte figure so she avoids it at all costs. She also eats till she is 80% full. Almonds, black coffee, mushrooms, and a bowl of salad are amongst this vegan model’s staple diet ingredients.

4. Rachel Hilbert: She is not a boring person so she makes way for some variety in her diet. Also she favors Japanese food. So she will eat a slice of pizza once in a while.  Avocadoes are her favorite Mexican delicacy. Normally, lunch for Rachel is a grilled chicken breast on a bed of lettuce and some dressing to boot. She has fish and veggies for dinner. Rachel also cuts out any and all sodium from her diet prior to competition time. She is known to consume a ton of greens so as to keep her system running.
