Time Magazine has announced Donald Trump as the Person of the Year.

There was no way around Donald Trump this year. The next President of the United States has been announced as person of the year by Time Magazine. Every year since 1927, Time magazine has chosen a Person of the Year that influenced the world, for better or worse. From Charles Lindbergh to now Donald Trump.

Donald Trump beat Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who managed to be the runner-up in the Time Magazine Person of the Year pageant. Terrific! Other runner-ups included Hillary Clinton, Hackers, Beyonce and the CRISPR pioneers.
