Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift collaborate on the first released soundtrack from the upcoming Fifty Shades Darker

Fifty Shades is about to amp up its promotional campaign. Two years ago, the extensive promotional campaign from Universal studios for the movie was cleverly managed to attract a wide range of audiences including steamy trailers, sexy teasers and the mind-numbing soundtrack.

With Beyoncé’s Fifty Shades of Grey version of the track ‘Crazy in Love’ which was used in the trailers for the movie to The Weeknd’s Oscar nominated “Earned It” to Ellie Goulding’s super-hit original soundtrack for the movie, ‘Love Me Like You Do’.

The original soundtrack list for any movie adaptation has become one of the very crucial part of the movie’s success.

The trailer for the upcoming Fifty Shades Darker, sequel to Fifty Shades of Grey was released just two days ago. The trailer has received thousands of views and the ticket bookings will soon be in session. Until then, the most awaited thing about the movie other than the movie itself is the soundtrack.

The first track that has been revealed from the movie’s soundtrack is “Don’t Wanna Live Forever”. A collaboration between two music icon, Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik, according to THR.

It is a collaboration that no one expected but Zayn’s super sexy ballad “Pillowtalk” puts him right up the mainstream alley and Taylor Swift is moving on from her 1989 success.

The track is a love ballad in the most modern sense, with Taylor singing the lyrics, "Baby babe, I feel crazy/Up all night, all night and all day/I give you something, but you gave me nothing/What is happening to me," with Zayn joining her for the chorus, "I don't want to live forever, cause I don't wanna be living in pain."

The official cover for the track featuring the silver lace mask Anastasia Steele wears in the trailer, was released. Taylor Swift posted a portion of the track on her Twitter featuring scenes from the trailer.

The song was written specifically for the feature film by Swift, Jack Antonoff & Sam Dew and produced by Antonoff. The track is available on iTunes.
