Patent reveals the pedestrian avoidance system

So its official now that Apple is actually working on developing its new car. TheProject Titan which was deemed to go down the drain is still breathing as we just received a news of a patent filed by the project. It was revealed that a patent was filed by Apple for its Project Titan’s first ever car.

The patent that was filed consisted of technology that is based on self-driving tech and will be able to navigate the car in unknown areas too. The system that is describe in the patent will have the ability to calculate the distance between cars and objects in the most accurate way possible.

The system will also be able to make decisions of moving forward or changing the direction based on the data gathered on distance measurement, according to DailyMail via AppleInsider.

The system will be self-learning based thus will have the ability to learn from experience and to better manipulate the technology in accordance with various situations for deriver’s pleasure.

The patent actually focuses on collision avoidance which is the main and basic requirement for self-driving cars. Thus making a brilliant and better self-driving cars then other means that it will have to have a great collision avoidance along with distance measuring system.

It is being described that the system will have memory of its own and will have the display unit that will make the maneuvering on road pretty easy to be handled and monitored too.

The memory along with the configuration will allow the processor to execute the functions according to already fitted in codes in system.

The details about Project Titan were in news from the past one year. However it was also rumored that Apple is letting go of the project and might not come up with the self-driving technology. However this time it looks that they are moving forward with plan.
