CES 2017: Leti to Unveil First Wearable Device to Measure Relaxation

Leti is going to unveil a new headgear that is named RELAX headgear that will be able to tell about the relaxation of wearer via measuring alpha waves. Leti is an institute of CEA Tech that is based in France.

They are offering their new product at the CES 2017. The device is actually a wearable one that will be able to measure the brain activity mainly the alpha waves. This device is formulated in a way that it will be easily usable for all the consumers and will not be limited to use by medical users.

The headwear called RELAX will be used to measure the alpha waves of brain by recording the reading of electroencephalography (EEG).

This technology won’t require the client to be sedated or to connect wires to the head of client. The design has allowed the users to get the maximum relaxation and it will be source of the highest wellness management for any person.

This user friendly devise is easy to use and will be affordable according to the company. The head devise will be able to develop wide range of wellness and increase mindfulness in the user. It is just like wearing fitness related devices to keep oneself fit.

Relax basically is used to promote Brain fitness and stress management. It will also come with sleep-enhancement technique that will also help in improving the quality of life of a person. The device will be a great use for enhancing concentrating and for increasing efficiency for mind as well.

“Leti’s manufacturing partners will develop our brain-computer and mental-focus technologies into full hardware-software concepts,” said Coralie Gallis, a Leti business development manager.

“They will be able to develop a wide range of wellness devices and wearable sports- and fitness-related devices, such as wrist bands and chest straps.”

The technology will be demonstarted at the CES Unveiled 2017 which is going to be held on January 3rd.
