BMW will debut Hologram virtual touchscreen concept interior at CES 2017. The HoloACtive Touch controls by BMW at the event will surely turn all heads.

This year’s Consumers Electronics Show (CES) 2017 is coming to town with a lot of new products from automakers. It is also dubbed that 2017 CES has actually become the major car show due to the inclusion of major automakers such as BMW, Nissan, Toyota and many other.

Where many companies are introducing their autonomous technology and prototypes, BMW is coming with something entirely different and awe inspiring. The company is off to launch the HoloACtive Touch controls for its autonomous and other regular cars.

The HoloACtive Touch by BMW is supposed to be a brilliant combination of all the learnings that company did from HUD technology and gesture control features.

The company claims that HoloACtive Touch by BMW will make the drivers feel like wizards who will feel like making magic while controlling the car from inside, reported Slashgear.

The HoloACtive Touch controls will use the effect of Hollo in order to make the controls work. The combined effect of Heads up Display and the Hollo technology will surely give immense feels to drivers who will be a part of this process.

The system will use mirrors and smoke like HUD in order to project full color display. The major change in the process will be that the image will be made in the air and will seem to float in the air as well. Unlike HUD whose image is formed on the windshield making it more awesome to look for.

The system has many other important parts too like that of cameras that will make sure that the driver has actually pressed the desired control or not in order to control the wrong command giving. BMW is likely to introduce more details at the event.
