The developer King, who has made mobile game hits like Bubble Witch Saga and Candy Crush Saga are working on a new game based on the popular Call of Duty Franchise, per some sleuths who found the job listings on the company's website.

The job listing gives away that the Call of Duty game will be coming to mobile because they are aiming to “transform the best console experience fans know and love, while also breaking new ground for mobile and redefining the genre. Our approach and ambition is to be fresh, social, and highly accessible, while providing a very authentic game experience."

We don't have many other details about the project because it is still in the prototype phase of development. There are at least four open positions, however: art director, level designer, senior systems designer and senior UX/UI designer.

According to Polygon: Activision Blizzard, the company behind Call of Duty, purchased King Digital Entertainment in 2015 as part of a $5.9 billion deal. Activision Publishing has released a handful of games over the last few yers, including Call of Duty: Strike Team, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies and Call of Duty: Heroes.

"Combining one of the largest mobile gaming communities with Activision Blizzard's leading franchises creates potential opportunities to grow and cross-promote content to a diverse audience, while providing players more opportunities to engage with its content," the company said at the time.
