A speedy electric concept car is arriving in China

The famous Swedish supercar maker who has come up with a number of dramatic concepts in the past has joined hands with Qoros this time. Qoros is a Chinese-Israeli car maker which has made an agreement to work with supercar maker. Qoros and Koenigsegg will work on building a new and speedy electric car. The concept will be presented first in China.

This concept is in the process these days and will be debuted on the Shanghai Auto Show. The Shanghai Auto Show will be held in the end of April this month. According to CarNewsChina, the car is being called as a “Super EV”. It will be branded by Qoros. It will have four seats, four doors and a fastback body.

It is supposed to get a great and powerful battery which will have the ability to make it really efficient. We are looking toward an acceleration of 0-100 in mere 3 seconds. Well this kind of status is pretty fast. The powerful and mighty battery will have the ability to provide a range of 500 kilometers. The companies haven’t revealed anything about the exact power of battery.

Qoros and Koenigsegg have been working with each other from some time now. Both of them have worked on a number of projects that are both big and small. However Super EV is the most prominent venture of these two together. Qoros has not developed an electrified vehicle on its own up till now.

The company however presented an electric car concept last year by the name of 3Q LECTRIC. The concept never saw the light of production but we do have high hopes from this Qoros and Koenigsegg’s joint venture of EV.
