Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Rumors Hint at 6GB of RAM and 4K Resolution

Galaxy Note 8 rumor suggests the resolution to make VR fans happy

Amid reports that Samsung has finally fixed the problems with the Galaxy Note 7 smartphone that led to so many fires and that the smartphone will make a comeback as a refurbished device, rumors about the next Note device have surfaced. Reports about Galaxy Note 8 hardware rumors are making the rounds and Samsung can't afford any issues with this launch.

Before all the recalls and issues with the Note 7 the smartphone received some fantastic reviews and end-users loved the device. The good news is that many of the Note 7 features are tipped to be coming back with the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone.

One leak has hinted at the hardware we can expect in the Note 8 device when it launches. Those specs include a Snapdragon 835 CPU for US versions and an Exynos 8895 for international versions. The screen is tipped as a 6.4-inch Infinity display with possible 4K resolution. That high resolution makes sense and will be popular with VR fans.

The Galaxy Note 8 is tipped for 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. You can bet on an memory card slot for expansion. Note 8 buyers will get a dedicated hardware button to activate the Bixby assistant. Charging will be via a USB Type-C port and there will be dual front speakers and a 3.5mm headphone port. The rumor doesn't offer details on when the Note 8 might launch.
