  • Nintendo Switch Adds Games For the Summer

Nintendo Switch announces new games in the upcoming season including some much-awaited games by gamers

Nintendo fans rejoiced when the company announced the list of games that is heading to the thin selection of games that Nintendo Switch was offering. The titles by firsthand and third party distributors are collaborating to being the gamers the best experience for Nintendo Switch. So here is a list of all Nintendo Switch games heading your way this summer:

Disgaea 5 Complete
Disgaea 5 Complete was announced for Nintendo Switch at the launch of consoles back in January. The game will feature 8 bonus scenarios, 4 fan-favorite characters and 3 character classes” other than the originalDisgaea 5 campaign.

Payday 2
Payday 2 was launched back in 2013. It has received constant support with DLC ranging from John Wick to Hotline Miami to Goat Simulator. The version heading to Switch includes distinctive features which are not fully known yet. However. Different modification that have happened since it’s launch are expected to be featured for the Switch version.

Sonic Forces
Sonic Forces is set to feature on Switch and other platforms in holiday 2017. Sonic Forces will feature two versions-classic and modern; just like Sonic Generations before it. The game will feature teaming up to take down an evil threat. The gameplay changes are centered around each version of the character.

The next game confirmed by Nintendo to be featured on Switch is Fate/Extella. The game will be released on July 25, 2017.Fate/Extella is an action game if you don’t already know. The goal of the game is to see players fighting against large waves of enemies, similar to combat in Dynasty Warriors-style Musou games.

PuyoPuyo Tetris
PuyoPuyo Tetris was originally revealed to be featured on Ninetendo in January. The game is said to be a hybrid of the SEGA puzzle series PuyoPuyoand puzzle classic Tetris. The game will feature details from both series through multiple different gameplay modes.

Sine Mora EX
Grasshopper Manufacture’s gorgeous bullet hell shooter Sine Mora was announced by THQ Nordic. It is headed to Switch this summer.

Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition
Ninetendo Switch announced was already announced for Switch in January. The game has already teased some “new surprises” including additions to multiplayer and more. The release date however remains unknown as Switch reiterated the Summer release date.

Battlechasers: Nightwar
Battle Chasers: Nightwar was announced by THQ Nordic to launch on Nintendo Switch. Based on Darksiders artist Joe Madureira’s classic comic, Battlechasers: Nightwar is a role-playing game. It was announced as part of a Kickstarter campaign. It will be featured on Switch this Summer.

In the announcement today, Nintendo revealed a new version of Monopoly headed to Nintendo Switch late this year in Fall.A quick demo was given which featured using the Joy-Con’s HD rumble for rolling the DICE, and a few other standard Monopoly features. No information of the release date has come out yet. The Switch version comes from Ubisoft.

Sonic Mania
Sonic Mania was announced last month for Ninetendo. Sonic Mania offers a traditional 2D approach. The game will feature remixed levels from classic Sonic games. Sonic Mania has already been confirmed in January.

Project Mekuru
Gamers have been expecting Project Mekuru to headline on Ninetendo for some time now and they finally got their wish when they found out that Project Mekuru will be featured on Ninetendo Switch. The game showcased a four-player battle mode gameplay which will include taking over territory on a board by ground-pounding to match tiles to the color of the gamer’s character. The game supports Mil Support and developed by Over Fence.
