The latest health-oriented watch by Huawei termed Watch 2 is currently on sale in the USA.

Huawei’s smartwatch for the second generation is now on store shelves for sale in the United States. Termed the Watch 2, it comes in black and grey hues. The price is $299.99.

A bit of a modified design model is the Watch 2 Classic which is available for $369.99. Huawei has made certain changes to this version that make it different from the previous model. The fitness-tracking timepiece is something unique indeed.

Besides having GPS facility for tracking runs, it also has special software that helps out in the monitoring of daily workouts in the gym. Thus this Watch 2 will take you through the weight loss journey in a jiffy and make you fit as a fiddle in no time. It also has NFC for Android Pay.

The release of this brand of Huawei timepiece in the US does not include the LTE-equipped version. The conglomerate is currently engaged in discussions with various carriers regarding the provision of the service.

Android Wear has never seemed so attractive as it does in the form of this watch. Google is looking at it with a serious case of possession-mania. This watch debuted in Barcelona, Spain earlier onwards in 2017, according to The Verge.

Now though it is going places thanks to the US release. The watch also arrives with a two and a half month long trial of Google Play Music. The $300 price tag of this watch places it within the same category as the Samsung Gear S3.

The Huawei Watch 2 when worn lives up to its reputation as a worthy tracker and fitness-centred timepiece. It is a completely different thing from the previous glass and metal wearable. Its fitness features are improved beyond recognition.

The US version lacks cellular connectivity which is an issue that may be resolved pretty soon thanks to Huawei’s resourcefulness. Huawei has got its fitness buffs covered for now.
