The company just unveiled the I.D. Crozz Crossover concept at the Shanghai Auto Show 2017 this week. It is supposed to be the family version of the I.D concept. Volkswagen is working pretty hard to make a great line up that will consist of only EVs. In order to attain this, they are providing new concepts shortly in market.

The I.D. Crozz Crossover concept will be a sporty looking and zero emission vehicle. It will make it an excellent choice for families and the safe environment as well. The crossover is supposed to have a power of 302 bhp and will have a top speed of 112mph. It will have the ability to go as far as 311 miles in single charge which is a great range expectation.

The best thing about the vehicle is that it will have the ability to charge faster while using the 150kW fast charger. The battery will have the ability to be charged up to 80 percent of the level in 30 minutes only.

The I.D. Crozz Crossover concept will be compact looking and will have a lowered roofline than that of 2018 Tiguan. It is based on Modular Electric Drive Matrix (MEB).

The MEB models are based on long wheel base and a battery system that is installed under the floor. It makes the vehicles spacious having larger cargo space. It will have features as driver’s assistance and latest connectivity.
