Target stores restock the Nintendo Switch Sunday morning. Updated.

Target has advertised the $299.99 Nintendo Switch in the new weekly ad, valid starting today, Sunday, April 23. The inventory alert service iStockNow report as of 4am ET that over 200 Target stores have the Nintendo Switch in stock. The site is not confirming this information yet for the flagged stores.

It is not clear at this point how many Target stores will have the Switch in stock today. The number of Switch in stock will be limited as advertised. Target has over 1,800 stores. If not more than 200 stores will have stock, then it will be not very likely that a local Target will have the Switch today. We will keep monitoring the restocking of the Switch throughout the day.

Update: Several shoppers confirmed on social media that their local Target store had the Nintendo Switch in stock this morning. There are also reports of Target stores with no inventory. This confirms the inventory tracker information above. Only about 20% of Target stores are flagged to have the Switch in stock.
