Wrangler has a production truck bed

A new prototype of the upcoming Jeep Wrangler was captured. The last time a prototype was spied, it had a truck bed which looked something like that of a Ram 1500. Now a new prototype was recently spied which was rally heavily camouflaged.

One can see in the pictures that the company has made sure that no one gets to look inside or gets to make out any of the line of the trucks. This truck had some heavy camouflaging going on with it. However despite all this camo we were able to see a production ready bed in this Jeep Wrangler.

This bed has the same width and sides like that of the cab in front. The top of the bed also matches up with the body line on the cab. If we look closely it can be seen that the bed is properly boxy and straight edged like that of Wrangler as well.

It looks pretty perfect for the truck’s look. It has a lot of similarity to that of AEV Brute. But in this case the plastic wheel arches can be seen extending further than that of AEV Brite’s. The angle of these arches also seen to match that of the doors of the truck.

One can make out a pretty large window in the cab that can be great option for one to look inside. The roof is totally covered but still we are looking forward to see some kind of removable roof underneath it. We might get to see something like that of Wrangler Unlimited panels here as well.

According to AutoBlog, a four-cylinder turbocharged naturally aspirated V6 engine will be offered in Jeep Wrangler. We might get to see it in year 2019 or early 2020.
