The phenomenon is now so big that prime TV and newspapers report about it. The BBC just released a report that has actually a positive notion. The article cites a teacher that has used fidget toys since a long time for special needs kids. Now though every kid is using fidget spinners and they become now a nuisance in the class room. Spinners also can have a negative effect on kids that just do not need a fidget toy. The kids paying too much attention on the spinner, losing focus on what is actually going on in the class room.

These reason led the first schools to ban fidget spinners. The classroom ban for fidget spinners will rapidly grow. We talked to a teacher and she said that even grades are in jeopardy because of fidget spinners. When kids can't use the spinners in the classroom, the demand will shrink.

Millions of fidget spinners have been sold in the past weeks alone in the United States. The prices range from one to hundreds of Dollars. The spinners differ in design, material, spin time and quality of the bearing. Cheap spinners tend to make a noise while spinning, which is one of the reason for the class room ban.
