Tesla Motors has introduced a software update for some of its chosen cars. These vehicles come with novel Autopilot hardware.

Tesla is going places with its novel update which does away with all restrictions on Autosteer. This is the main feature on its Autopilot vehicles. According to Electrek, the Autopilot vehicles are furthermore powered by Mobileye.

March 2017 saw Tesla come up with its Autosteer facility which was upgraded from 55 mph to 80 mph. The latest addition to this setup makes the Autosteer facility reach a fast and furious 90 mph. As for the off-highway speed limit, it has been changed from the erstwhile snail’s pace of 35 mph.

Tesla further pushed its Automatic Emergency Braking facility. Besides this it has added an Auto High Beam feature and enhanced its Side Collision Warnings to boot. All this looks good on paper, to which it has been confined up until now.

When it becomes a part of reality and the world out there, things will be different since a lot of friction with the environment will take place. Tesla’s vision is very great though. It even includes perpendicular parking among its features. The wipers are yet to be made a part of the whole setup.

The advanced autonomous features on its vehicles will allow Tesla Motors to excel and outdo itself. Tesla’s computerized electric cars and the vision of a high tech and seamless future for the transportation system of America make it a genuine organization headed by a genius.

The CEO and founder Elon Musk recently spoke of how some issues had occurred for a brief period of time in the company’s performance. Yet he said that they had been covered and things are looking up at last.

When Mobileye left the platform, there was a bit of a lull in things. However, Tesla managed that interregnum and is back in business again. It took just half a year to recreate the technology that Mobileye took away from Tesla with its sudden departure. The future is rosy and nothing can beat Elon Musk or Tesla Motors for that matter.
