Apple Could Stop Refreshing its iPad Mini for a New Generation

Apple will soon be revealing its novel iPad. Regarding the iPad Mini, it will not be receiving an update at all. In fact, this may be the end of the story of the iPad Mini.

According to Techcrunch, Apple will most probably be introducing a new iPad with a 10.5 inch display screen. It will also have a panel of tinier bezels. It will be following the same path as the iPad Pro.

Another iPad unveiled by Apple recently costs only $350. Both the new iPad and the iPhone 7 Plus have transcended the iPad Mini.

The best that Apple can do is jettison its iPad Mini. The age of the iPad Mini was extant half a decade ago. Today it is a defunct product.

According to BGR, there was a time when the iPad Mini was a source of relief for many from the other much bigger and clunkier iPads. This was a period in time when everyone gladly welcomed the iPad Mini.

Yet every new age is sick and tired of the excesses of the previous one. Apple still holds a few surprises up its sleeves for the upcoming WWDC 2017 though. Apple executives are a smart bunch and they will keep remaking the company’s products closer to the desires of the ever-changing public.
