E3 2017 is Stage for Call of Duty: WWII for Nintendo Switch Announcement?

There is evidence that Activision will support the new COD on the Nintendo Switch.

The new Call of Duty: World War II is announced for PS4, Xbox One and PC for this Fall. The first person shooter franchise could make a comeback to Nintendo consoles. Gamers have spotted evidence on the Activision site that suggests the video game publisher is getting ready to support the Nintendo Switch.

The ability to link a Nintendo account got re-instated on the callofduty.com site. According to a report on Bad Five, there is also a disclaimer in the COD: World War II trailer that platform support may change. For Activision the decision to support the Switch is not that difficult. There are already over 2 million consoles in gamers hands. The Switch community is very lively, which support the Nintendo's marketing efforts to hit the 10 million milestone within a year.

The announcement of Call of Duty: WWII for Nintendo Switch could come as early as at the E3 2017 next month. Call of Duty: WWII will be released on November 3, 2017. The new COD game is available for pre-order on amazon.com.

Call of Duty: WWII creates the definitive World War II next generation experience across three different game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer, and Co-Operative. The Campaign transports players to the European theater as they engage in an all-new Call of Duty story set in iconic World War II battles.

Multiplayer marks a return to original, boots-on-the ground Call of Duty gameplay. Authentic weapons and traditional run-and-gun action immerse you in a vast array of World War II–themed locations. The Co-Operative mode unleashes a new and original story in a standalone game experience full of unexpected, adrenaline-pumping moments.

Retailers cannot keep the Nintendo Switch console in shelves. Several stores restocked the Switch last week. Find out the latest about the Nintendo Switch availability.
