Red Dead Redemption 2 will not be a part of Take Two showcase at the E3 2017

Take Two made the announcement yesterday that their popular game sequel Red Dead Redemption 2 will not be a part of the E3 2017. The announcement came as a disappointment to gamers. They had been looking forward to the sequel’s reveal at the E3 2017.

All major gaming labels will be showcasing their best offerings at the E3 2017. E3 has become one of the biggest events in the gaming world. It is the most interactive venue and event where gamers and game developers meet.

That is not the plan for Take Two this year. The Take Two company is taking a new direction. With a very good fiscal year outcomes, the company is upgrading. The digital sales have boosted the company towards a prosperous direction.

Take-Two CEO, Strauss Zelnick recently did an interview with MCVUK in which he talked about Take Two’s appearance at E3. He elaborated that the E3 2017 will not be the year of showing for them. He said that the company will not be showing any games or new products this year.

He said that Take Two will be maintaining an executive role this year. He said that they will be meeting with investors, retail partners and the press. He said that it will be all about improving the business this year.

He said that their presence at the event cannot be denied. He reminded the gamers that they were one of the most famous game developing companies in the world. Even though they will not be releasing anything new, their presence would not be ignorable.

There are rumors that some new game will be revealed by Take Two. Many are guessing that the ‘big game’ that is being indicated by the company will be revealed at E3.

Meanwhile, Red Dead Redemption 2 has gotten a Spring 2018 release date. According to the developers, the game will only be released when they think it is perfect.
