How to Score SNES Classic at Target Online Sale

Target REDCard holders can buy the SNES Classic online at target.com.

The SNES Classic will go on sale online at target.com at around 9 am CT. Target announced the SNES Classic sale, exclusive for REDcard members, in the weekly ad. The limitation to REDCard holders will make scoring the $79.99 SNES Classic at Target a bit easier, but the quantities are limited and the demand will be still significant.

Update: The SNES Classic is in stock now at target.com. The deal went live a couple minutes after 9 am CT. As said before you need to sign in to add to the cart.

To make preparations for the SNES Classic sale make sure you log into your account at target.com. The sale is exclusive to REDcard members and the purchase of the SNES Classic will not work if your account not linked to REDcard. Make sure you have a credit card on file and all your shipping information is correct in your Target account.

If you don't have the time to hit F5 to refresh the SNES Classic page in your browse starting in the minutes before 9 am CT (10 am ET, 7 am PT), you can get the free The Tracker app and select to be notified on the SNES Classic. The app will send you a notification on your phone when the SNES Classic is available.

Target keeps the start time vague, but usually, the retailer is punctual. We expect the "Add to Cart" button to appear right at 9 am CT. Besides target.com, you can also hatch your bets with using the Target shopping app. It might be more responsive than target.com and you can check out quicker.

Nintendo has sold 2 million SNES Classic since the release on September 29. The most recent online availability of the SNES Classic was October 23. Today's opportunity to buy a SNES Classic at Target online is a rare event.
