Samsung Makes Fun of the iPhone Growing Up in new TV Ad

Supplying Apple with iPhone components is not stopping Samsung for making fun of the iPhone.

Samsung has a long history of mocking the iPhone in TV ads. Now the South Korean technology giant released a new TV commercial titled Samsung Galaxy: Growing Up that makes fun of the iPhone over the past 10 years.

The ad is a compilation of episodes where the Samsung Galaxy already adopted features that the iPhone only got a year or years later. These features include water resistance and wireless charging.

The funniest scene is where the Galaxy owning girlfriends sits next to the die-hard Apple fan who listens to music and charges his iPhone with a mess of cables and adapter. At the end, the guy "grows up" and gets a new Galaxy phone. Watch the new Samsung iPhone mocking ad below.

Apple can take the ridicule as the iPhone sells better than ever and the demand for the most expensive iPhone is off the charts. The iPhone X has been released on Friday and ships with a delay of 3-4 weeks from the Apple Store.
