Sweet, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, has officially granted WowWee's request for a Temporary Restraining Order, ordering that the seller's assets and storefronts be frozen.

"WowWee operates under a Zero Tolerance Policy, and as such, is dedicated to protecting our customers and will continue to aggressively pursue counterfeiters manufacturing and selling unauthorized Fingerlings product," said Richard Yanofsky, WowWee CEO.
