Daimler releases its Digital Customer Support Service titled “Ask Mercedes”

The German manufacturer of luxury cars, Daimler has set out to provide a series of customer services. One of these is a single voice activated application that will be available to the drivers at any time and any place they want to control their vehicles.

This digital assistant will be termed “Ask Mercedes”. It will align erstwhile attempts on Facebook and Google in this regard. This service will be available in a number of languages and markets worldwide, according to Reuters. The reach will be global though.

A range of car-sharing and mobility services will be augmenting Daimler’s pre-existing line-up of high quality branded vehicles. The service “Ask Mercedes” is a cognitive assistant that allows consumers the freedom to explore all the functions and structures of their vehicle.

The chatbot will lend customers a window into Daimler’s services 24/7. Voice activated commands or text messages will serve as the method of two-way communication in this advanced form of technology.

This electronic and silicon chip-based technology will revolutionize Daimler’s cars and make the consumers feel on top of the world while driving these luxury vehicles. Technology has definitely come of age in today’s interconnected and complex society.
