The new Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro is near.

Samsung will update the 2016 Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro in the near future. The SM-J250F/DS moniker also surfaced on in the support section of the Samsung.com site. What is new in the Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro is under wraps.

So far its expected that the Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro will have Dual SIM and run Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. The new Galaxy J2 Pro is likely powered by a 1.4Ghz quad-core Qualcomm processor with 1.5GB of RAM.

Dutch news site LetsGoDigital spotted the Galaxy J2 Pro geekbench report here. The new budget Samsung smartphone is either being introduced at CES 2018 or at the MWC 2018.

Samsung's big 2018 phone releases are the Galaxy S8 and Note 9, but the South Korean tech giant also will release other smartphones including a new Galaxy A7. The 2018 version of the Samsung Galaxy A7 is expected to be equipped with an Infinity display of 6 inches. Further, the device is powered by the Exynos 7885 chipset. A support page confirming the Galaxy A7 was spotted by LetsGoDigital on Nov. 15.
