YouTube Go is Out of Beta
  • YouTube Go is out of Beta and Available to Download to work on Slow Internets in Some Parts of the World

YouTube Go, a lightweight version of the YouTube App, has left the environs of Beta and now available for download in the Google Play Store but only in developing countries like India and Indonesia

Earlier onwards in 2017, YouTube released YouTube Go which was a featherweight app for the site meant for areas of the world where not much development had taken place. Via this tool, net users can gain access to video clips of different types as far as quality is concerned.

Also they can then send these videos to acquaintances through Bluetooth. In regions where the infrastructure is of very poor quality, such amenities are welcomed with open arms. Google had been busy tinkering away at the app and now it seems to have left the jurisdiction of beta.

Among the short list of countries this app is functional in may be included: India and Indonesia. While most people in nations with a high standard of living tend to take the fast YouTube speeds as normal fare, this is not the case in homelands that are still evolving as far as progress is concerned.

Yet now YouTube is bringing its services to developing nations as well and thus the luxury of viewing the world vicariously is going to be available to the underprivileged as well. It is indeed a victory of progress over backwardness.

Download YouTube Go now from Google Play Store.
