Bayonetta 3, Metroid Prime 4 and Kirby: Star Allies Release in 2018 Says Nintendo Norge

Norwegian Nintendo site confirms Switch game releases for 2018.

The Nintendo Switch is the fastest selling home console in history in the United States. 2018 is set to be another stellar year for the Nintendo Switch with a huge number of new games for the Switch. Nintendo has already teased new upcoming games for the Switch. There is a rumor that Nintendo will host a Nintendo Direct on January 11 that will announce a bunch of 2018 Nintendo Switch titles.

Nintendo in Norway has already confirmed three Switch games for 2018. Bayonetta 3, Metroid Prime 4 and Kirby: Star Allies will be part of the 2018 Nintendo Switch game line-up. The games are mentioned at the end of a review of 2017 post on, spotted by @Wario64. The only caveat is that Nintendo Norway is operated by a partner of Nintendo. Bergsala AB is the official distributor of Nintendo in Scandinavia.

There is a chance that the information is not correct as it does not come directly from the Nintendo headquarters. The Amazon pre-order page for Bayonetta 3 has a 2018 release date, which is in support of the above information. There are also new rumors floating around this week that Bayonetta 3 could come as early as summer 2018.

A 2018 release date for Metroid Prime 4 is more doubtful, despite the Metroid Prime 4 page on Amazon also has a 2018 release date. The Kirby game for the Nintendo Switch is also available for pre-order on The Nintendo Direct in January 2018 should have more details on the release dates.
