Nintendo Switch Set to Add another RPG by the Name of Darkest Dungeon on January 18th i.e. Next Thrusday

The goth horror RPG Darkest Dungeon will be arriving on the Switch. The concerned developer announced that it would bring the game to the platform’s hybrid console soon.

This game will thus be available to be downloaded on its website. Those who frequent the Switch will be able to buy this game from the Eshop starting from January 18th.

That is approximately seven days away. It will carry a price tag of $25. Two DLC packs will be available. These are titled The Crimson Court and The Shieldbreaker. The former costs $10 and the latter costs $4.

Darkest Dungeon was originally meant for PC, PS4 and Vita. That was way back in 2016. It was a serious game with rogue elements in it. One of the game critics called it a richly satisfying and wonderfully executed masterpiece.

The Crimson Court is this game on steroids (so to say). It used to be for erstwhile versions. However, all that is about to change for the better. This DLC has introduced a novel campaign story and new head honchos in the mix.

As for the Shieldbreaker, it has a hero and other content to boot. A third expansion in the form of The Color of Madness will be coming to the platform too. The gaming crowd had best keep its fingers crossed.
