BMW X2 Makes World Debut at North American International Auto Show 2018 in Detroit

BMW showcases All-New X2 SUV at the Detroit Auto Show 2018

At the Detroit Auto Show 2018, BMW introduced its X2 which was a gem of an SUV. The hue in which it came was a bright yellow. This journey began many years ago for BMW with the X5.

The X series of vehicles have gotten quite some publicity and they have garnered a whole lot of attention thanks to their cool features and smooth maneuverability.

By the way, the X7 is a monster truck in this series. As for this novel X2, it is a sure sign that BMW is on a growth gradient. Nothing can stop its progress.

Over one third of the worldwide sales of BMW take place from this X series of vehicles. 2017 was a most profitable year for the company. It raked in the revenues and showed an overall growth pattern that was cause for celebration among the top brass and workers of the company.

BMW X2 is a far more smooth and sensual version of the X1. It will hopefully give the other vehicles some stiff competition. A beautiful SUV, the X2 resembles the concept version seen in Detroit last year.

A 2 liter 4 cylinder engine lies in the bonnet. With 228 hp, this SUV has 258 pounds feet of torque. It carries an eight speed transmission and is an all wheel drive. It can furthermore reach 60 mph in 6.3 seconds flat. The topmost speed happens to be 130 mph. The SUV holds space for five passengers.

The BMW X2 will hit the showrooms in spring of this year while its pricing will be announced closer to market launch.
