Bladez Toys takes Drone technology to the extreme.

Bladez Toys has licensed Hot Wheels to give Hot Wheels cars wings, sorry blades. Their newest creation is the Hot Wheels DRX Monster X-Terrain Drone, on display at the Toy Fair 2018 in London.

The British Toy & Hobby Association (BTHA) selected the Hot Wheels DRX Monster X-Terrain Drone as one of the 25 Toy Fair’s Hero Toys, a prestigious new award for toys at Toy Fair 2018.

The Hot Wheels DRX Monster X-Terrain Drone comes with a remote control. The vehicle is a merge of a car and a drone. To steer and propel the car, the remote control activates one or more of the fitting drone propeller. For instance to drive forward the two front engines spin. To make a left turn, the front left propeller spins. To take off, all four propeller spin.

Because of its lightweight construction the Hot Wheels DRX Monster X-Terrain Drone can swim, or better-said it drives on the water surface. In the UK the 3-in-1 R/C drone vehicle will retail for £49.99 (~$70). When the Hot Wheels DRX Monster X-Terrain Drone will be released in the United States is not known yet.
