Tide Super Bowl 2018 Ad Features Stranger Things Actor

Tide brings David Harbour to the Super Bowl.

Tide is replacing Terry Bradshaw with actor David Harbour, known for his role as Sheriff in Netflix's Stranger Things. The brand released a series of four teasers with Bradshaw and Harbour about Bradshaw finding out about losing the job to Harbour.

Bradshaw is likely showing up in the final Tide Super Bowl 2018 commercial. The Tide Super Bowl commercial goes up against the Persil ProClean Super Bowl 2018 ad. It's the epic battle of the Laundry detergent brands.

The Super Bowl 52 brings again must-see Super Bowl commercials. A 30-second spot sells for more than $5 million, but that didn' stop several Super Bowl advertisers to buy time for long-form commercials to tell their story. Storytelling replaces dogs and weird ads. There is of course not a single sexy Super Bowl 2018 ad. Objectifying women is more than ever not acceptable in the light of the #meToo movement.
