Tesla Motors Providing Highly Popular Home Mechanic Service to its Clientele Throughout North America

Tesla seems to have increased its service facility in a “twice as nice” manner. In 2017 alone, the company polished its mobile service fleet till the response from the customers was greater than expected.

This fleet now consists of 230 cars that go to the customers instead of the customers coming to Tesla’s workshops. This is indeed convenience taken to the nth degree. The whole idea behind this setup is that costs for repairs could be kept low and the repair work could be made easily and in a handy way.

Many drivers who would otherwise have to go out of the way to get their cars fixed can now simply call a certain number and have a mobile fleet service come to their residence and tune up their car in no time.

The average rating for this service is 98% positive which is a record result. For now at least one-third of repairs are done via this mobile service. This is a source of optimism and hope for the future.

For the current year, Tesla wants to invest even more so in this mobile unit it has instituted. The problems with regards to spare parts that occur in reference to Model 3 sedans have to be tackled head on. What better way than through a mobile unit.

Thanks to the repairs done until now, the visiting rates of these mobile fleets have decreased by half. This again is a good sign and Tesla will be improving its reputation due to this facility it has begun in all earnestness.
