Layer of Fear: Legacy brings a new edition in the horror genre lineup on Nintendo Switch

The sequel to 2016 released psychological horror thriller game, Layer of Fear is set to release on Nintendo Switch. The game was initially released PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The sequel has the title Layer of Fear: Legacy is releasing on Nintendo Switch on February 21 for $19.99. The game developer Bloober Team announced.

The Bloober Team revealed that the sequel of the game is “remastered and redesigned to be a unique offering in the Nintendo Switch horror genre portfolio.”

Any game developer bringing their game to Nintendo Switch has to develop the game for both gameplay modes. Layers of Fear: Legacy offers a Nintendo Switch-exclusive first-person psychological horror game.

The gamer plays as an insane painter intent on finishing his painting in a haunted house where he is stuck in a time loop.

Bloober Team explained the game as “exploration of ever-changing environment of an atmospheric Victorian-era mansion and discovering the secret of the mental illness that had fallen on the main character.”

The players will be immersed in the delusional mind of the painter as he delves deeper and deeper into the psychologically haunted realms of the game.

The trailer of the game is a trip into the psychologically disturbing world of Layers of Fear: Legacy. It sends chills down the spine and playing the game will be much scarier experience.

The game will be available on the Nintendo Switch eShop on February 21st at retail price of $19.99 /€19.99 /£17.99.
