Nintendo to Transform Gold Points into Discounts on Various Games on its Platform

For those who purchase lots of games on the Switch, there is good news indeed. Nintendo is going to enrich its worthy members who spend in style on games with special software on slashed rates.

This is an offer which is going to last for some time. The company made the announcement that players can now spend Gold Points on Switch software in the eShop.

A single Gold Point is worth one British pence. What this means is that you, the gamer par excellence, will have to buy a great many games from the Switch to make your dreams come true.

Yet the result of spending a lot of cash will be that you get a ton of discount offers. So that pretty much evens the score. In the United States, it works in the same manner.

For a $50 shopping spree, you get 200 Gold Points from the eShop. These points equal $2.50 which isn’t a lot but than something is better than nothing.

Besides, these Gold Points add up over time. For those who don’t have much in the way of Gold Points, regular cash can act as a suitable substitute.

This offer will be effective starting from March of this year. Nintendo carried out some trials last year in order to test this offer. Now though, this scheme has seriously gotten off the ground and will last for as long as the company deems it fit to continue.
