Toyota to Repair 21,700 Camry and Lexus Cars due to Fuel Leaks that could Cause Fire Hazard Danger in Them

The Toyota brand of vehicles is recalling over 21,700 of its cars due to the precarious situation of a fire hazard being present in them. Two such flaws exist in each one of them and they have to be rectified and that too on an urgent basis.

The recall includes 11,800 Camry models and 9900 Lexus cars. These vehicles comprise models from between 2015 to 2018. The fuel pipes and fuel hoses in the engines of these vehicles seem to have come unhinged.

The flaws may lead to gas leakage and thus the risk of fire breaking out in the context of the vehicle. Toyota let this be known in a notification to its valued clientele.

The owners of these cars will be informed by mail too. The date of this recall is March of this year. The dealers will check the fuel lines in the vehicles and repair them pronto!

The Lexus vehicles could have had their pressure fuel pumps badly damaged over time. A Toyota representative refused to comment any further on the matter since most of the basics of this recall have already been expatiated upon.
