Battle Pass Season 3 comes with multiple bonuses and rewards as Fortnite: Battle Royale servers go into maintenance

It’s that time of the year. For game developers are going to be scheduling their maintenance sessions. Epic Games is up for maintenance for Fortnite: Battle Royale.

The company has already notified that the servers will be down for maintenance for V.3.0.0 on February 22. The Eastern time zone will be down in the early morning Eastern time while downtime begins at 4:00 AM EST followed by matchmaking which will stop at 3:35 AM, according to Forbes.

Epic Games has not set a definite time till when the maintenance session will be over. However, they are offering something really great instead.

According to reports, players will be getting a chance to get their benefits up for Fortnite: Battle Royale as it returns after the maintenance process is done.

Avid Fortnite fans are familiar with Battle Pass. The company announced that the Battle Pass Season 3 will be coming. The new Battle Pass comes with 76 new cosmetic items.

That will include; skins to emotes and dances, loading screens, skydiving trails and "back bling." For those who don’t know back bling is any sort of decoration that characters wear on their backs.

Players can buy Battle Pass as a premium item for $10. As they play, the players get to unlock a few items right away. Season 3 Battle Pass comes with 100 tiers that they can unlock, giving a little structure to the season along the way.

This is a free-to-play game. The players can pay to unlock the tiers if you're long on cash but short on time. The players will also get to play Weekly Challenges which will help them pass the tiers easier.
