Indie games developers are eager to bring their games to Nintendo Switch. The trend is catching o because according to analysis, Nintendo Switch handheld portable mode has made it a favorable choice among gamers.

They are buying the console citing this as their sole reason sometimes. So Indie games developers see it as an opportunity to reach out to gamers worldwide.

Among them is the game developing company Accidental Queen. The title announced that they would be releasing the game “A Normal Lost Phone” to Nintendo Switch.

The gameplay offers a make-believe phone for the gamer of a person named Sam. It is a lost phone and a gamer has to identify the person with the help of text, picture, data on the phone and other information.

They can also share the information with other players. According to the developers, the game’s context also highlights the LGBTQ community with the source material coming directly from the community itself.

The goal behind doing so is to create more empathy and understanding about the community among the users.

However, many are not comfortable with the concept of the game. They are questioning the game’s moral standing and how it is not favorable to encourage people to go through someone’s phone.

Even if it is fictional. The game has been successful when it was distributed via Stream. Game developers are hoping for success with the Nintendo Switch as well.
