This Trick Lets You to Play the Nintendo Switch on Sony Watchman
  • Hacker Brings Nostalgia as he Reveals Trick to Play Nintendo Switch Games on a 1986 Sony Watchman

Hacker reveals a neat and simple trick to sync Nintendo Switch gameplay to Sony Watchman from the 80s which brings back a lot of memories for a lot of gamers

If you are a dedicated gamer, you still have a lot of your old consoles lying around. You have a drawer or a box lying around in which all your old gaming consoles are and most of the time you say that they are a collector item or you’re keeping them around for spare parts.

Truly, sometimes, you miss playing games on them. I still feel nostalgic for an old brick game and no matter how good Tetris might get on gaming consoles and smartphones, it is still something else playing it on a brick game.

A hacker Vince took his nostalgia a step ahead and with some simple wire work. With the use of aa HDMI cable, a HDMI to AV converter, a VCR, an RF signal booster, and an aerial; Vince was able to hook the Nintendo Switch feed to his 1986 Sony Watchman Pocket and play various games .

These games include Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Metal Slug, and Mario Kart on the black and white screen quite successfully. He uploaded the video of his adventure on his official YouTube channel, My Mate VINCE.

In the video, Vince has demonstrated his hack. There are no wires connected to the Sony Watchman while playing. He connected his Nintendo Switch’s digital HDMI cable to an analog converter.

He then connected the converter toa VCR which converted the signal to RF. Wiring the VCR to an antenna, with a signal booster in-between, which generated a low-power pirate TV station the Watchman could be tuned into.

For all the nostalgic souls out there, it is worth a try to experiment.
