Nintendo Switch Gameplay of Dark Souls Remastered Arises from PAX East

Dark Souls Remastered available as a Game for PAX East Visitors

Dark Souls Remastered is still 30 days away from its unveiling. However, those who frequented PAX East have had the privilege of playing the game on the Switch.

The game will otherwise launch on May 25th. A couple of teaser trailers and behind-the-scenes gossip is all we have to go on for now. Dark Souls makes for an exhilarating ride.

It features a struggle for survival where the characters are left amazed, dazed and confused. Wild moves are aplenty in this game of skill and sensibility. The first attempt at playing it will leave you perplexed. That is because it is not an easy task at all.

The graphics are pretty cool stuff too. There has been a scaling down though in the Nintendo version. While the frame rate is okay in the PS4 and Xbox versions, in the Nintendo typecast version, the game runs at 30 fps.

This is in both the docked and the mobile mode. The PS4 and Xbox styled games have 60 fps. Thus it seems that Nintendo wants to meet its 3D regulations all the time no matter what.

The subtle differences made in the game are obvious while playing it. However, playing the Dark Souls Remastered game in a handheld way on Nintendo Switch is something the results of which have yet to be confirmed.
