Nintendo is on top of the world presently. It’s previous gaming console Wii I was faltering to gain gamers' attention. With the impending failure of the gaming console, it’s successor was not predicted to succeed.

However, Nintendo Switch came with a bang. With a dual gaming mode, an array of hit and critically acclaimed games and a generic feel; Nintendo Switch is the top-selling gaming console around the world.

Having sold 14 million sets, the Switch is not just known for its handheld mode or better controls. The Switch has regularly released a lot of games that fans love.

Among those games are the older, classic Nintendo games. The fans have been treated to a few older Nintendo games as a part of the revival plan by developers.

There are so many games that fans are waiting for eagerly. Among them is Wave Race. Shinya Takahashi, a developer at Nintendo and creator of Wave Race commented in an interview with Fandom while at the BAFTA Game Awards 2018.
