Microsoft Will Not be Making its Own Battle Royale Game

Microsoft will Probably not be Manufacturing its Personal Battle Royale Game

For those who have expectations in their hearts regarding Microsoft making its own Battle Royale game, there lies only disappointment. Xbox head, Phil Spencer spoke regarding this on Twitter.

He said that he could imagine such Battle Royale games as Fortnite and PUBG to be big deals, yet the fact of the matter was that Microsoft will not be creating any versions of its own. There is not even the remotest chance of such a thing happening.

Countless people are playing this game around the world at this very moment. The Xbox boss said that he never intends to manufacture one just because the others had done it too.

Some high-quality developers were building these games from scratch. Yet a faint chance exists of a Microsoft game adding a Battle Royale mode on its platform. It could also be a novel game such as Halo 6. Nothing is final right now though, according to GameSpot.

The problem seems to be Microsoft’s direct competition with PUBG which would be the result of its making its own Battle Royale game. This is not something which Microsoft would want to do.

Microsoft is acting in a similar manner as the company Take Two. The president of this company said that he would love to innovate instead of deriving his games from other sources.

There is, after all, such a priceless thing known as originality. Many other companies have also declared similar opinions regarding a Battle Royale game.
