Rage 2 trailer was released, removed and secured in part by game enthusiasts with official announcements expected soon

Last week, Bethesda faced a lot of hustle when the online store for Walmart Canada revealed that Rage 2 among the upcoming products. The announcement was taken down but not before there was a spark in the entire gaming world.

The original Rage release was met with negative reviews. There were some glitches that Bethesda fixed. After the fixes, it was admittedly a decent game. There was no news, however, about a sequel. That is until the accidental announcement of the game.

While Bethesda took down the advertisement, they did not deny that the game was going to release. More intrigue was attached to the matter as a picture of the Big Ben with pink paint smear on it was regulated across the internet which made fans questioning the existence of a sequel.

With the stakes so high, there are expectations that there is an announcement trailer not far behind. What can be called a teaser has appeared on a tweet from Wario64.

It is strongly indicative that the trailer for the game is not far behind. The teaser is a GIF which features various character in what could be described as a ‘Mad Max’ looking attire.

The characters are screaming, blowing kisses, lifting weights and firing guns while plumes of neon-colored smoke bellow at their backs. There is no gameplay indicated in the brief clip. However, the GIF is giving us a lot of hope that Rage 2 exists. When will Bethesda release a trailer is not confirm.
