OPPO Hints a New Flagship Named “Find X”

While OPPO is gearing up the ladder in the smartphone industry, it is ready to launch its new flagship phone named "Find X"

In the last one year, relatively new smartphone companies have gained a good chunk of market share and OPPO is one of them. The last flagship phone from OPPO was Find 7 and since then, it seemed like OPPO’s business strategy is more focused on releasing budget, mid-range and upper mid-range phones.

But the catch is - OPPO is preparing to drop a new flagship phone most probably by the end of this year. The company is all set to revive its Find series and the latest flagship to be added is “Find X”. The company confirmed this new launch via its Weibo account followed by another tweet from OPPO India’s twitter handle and since then, there has been a stir in the market.

The company’s Weibo account posted “Hi! It’s been a long time. The OPPO Futuristic Flagship phone is coming. #OPPOFINDX”. A 14-sec teaser was also posted on twitter that was a treat to watch. It starts with a curve and ends with the letter X being shaped up. While it’s too early to guess the specs of this upcoming phone, speculations are strong that “OPPO Find X” will feature an on screen fingerprint scanner as the company got in-screen fingerprint scanner patented recently.

The phone is also rumored to include 3d Facial recognition just like iPhone X and Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition. Some other expected features include QHD screen, dual cameras, the fast charging technology VOOC that claims to charge over 70% of phone in 30 minutes, Bezel Less display, latest Snapdragon chipset, network support for 5g connectivity and lossless zoom. With OPPO R15 Pro being a decent success for the Chinese smartphone company, the OPPO Find X is expected to be the supreme leader of all currently OPPO’s variants available in the market.
