The US Market to Accommodate Fun and retro-styled Honda Monkey and Super Cub Bikes

Classic motorbikes are back in style again. Honda is about to surprise those die-hard Steve McQueen fans by introducing the Monkey and Super Cub C125 bikes in the US market. They will come to showrooms by 2019.

These bikes have some new features such as LED lights and digital displays. These are among the latest leading edge technology concepts. Yet Honda has kept the design plan of these bikes pretty much the same as it was in the past in order to lend them a retroactive look.

The two motorbikes by Honda were originally revealed at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2017. Honda however wanted to churn them out from its factories and for that it will have to wait a little since you cannot get anything without some effort.

Both motorbikes have 125 cc engines whereas in the original ones, there were only 50 cc engines. The Monkey is a bike which was once meant for amusement parks only.

Yet it made it to the real world of roads and by-lanes. These bikes by Honda have been reasonably priced, a pleasure to ride and stable in their design elements.

Such famous people as the late John Lennon used to speed down the roads in such motorbikes. The upcoming Monkey will be available in two hues.

For the Banana Yellow color motorbike, no ABS brakes exist in the works. The ABS brakes are only available in the Pearl Nebula Red bike. The former costs $4000 while the latter costs $200 more than it.

As for the Super Cub C 125, it costs approximately $3600. This motorbike was to be found in the United States between the late 50s and the mid 70s. It was a stunner hence it sold over 100 million units that long ago.
