While speculations of a smaller iPhone were circulating in the smartphone market, a disappointing news is here for people looking for a budget iPhone. One of the most famous global case maker, Olixar, brought this bad news that there won't be any smaller version of iPhone X in 2018. Olixar is undoubtedly one of the most popular and trustable brands for phone cases and even some renders of the much eagerly awaited smaller version of iPhone SE 2 were seen earlier but for now it is confirmed that there isn't any smaller iPhone in the production and Apple isn't interested in launching such device this year.

With the case maker having such an accurate and solid record of leaks, the company is a trusted resource for the leaks indeed. According to some credible sources, the phone has been canceled and the reason is Apple’s focus on its bigger 6.5- inch and 6.1- inch phones. While a part of people loves to handle a small and one-handed operational device of Apple, the news isn't welcomed much. When it comes to an Apple’s budget phone, the 6.1 - inched variant is most likely to feature a mild pricing, however, the later, 6.5 -inch phone would include premium hardware and features such as Face ID 2.0 that will obviously surge its price.

Now the question is, whether the smaller variant of Apple - iPhone SE 2 will be launched after the release of the 6- inch variants or they are destined to be vanished for once and forever. The catch is - what would be Apple’s strategy regarding the launch of the upcoming phones and will they live up to the hype it has gained in the smartphone market. This can only be revealed with due time and till then, the Apple lovers will keep anticipating with a good hope on their faces.
