Amazon breaks street date for 2018 NES Classic Mini. We have two in hands.

The 2018 NES Classic Edition console we pre-ordered on Amazon in Germany last month has just arrived at our offices in Germany. As reported, we got a shipping notification on the weekend that the NES Classic arrives 10 days earlier than the announced release date.

Nintendo announced on May 14 that the NES Classic will be released again on June 29, 2018. This means we will receive our 2018 NES Classic Mini console 10 days early. We ordered two 2018 NES Classic Mini consoles and both are here. As promised we are giving away one of these new NES Classic Mini consoles right away to our US audience.

You can win this early shipped 2018 NES Classic, a 69.99 Euro (~$81) value now by entering our new 2018 NES Classic Giveaway.

We also will add an extra original NES Classic controller, which I just pre-ordered on Amazon.de for 13 Euro ($15). It will arrive on July 1. The original Nintendo brand NES Classic controllers are hard to find. Amazon.de ships it to the US. You can grab one now, only one as there is a purchase limit.

In case you are wondering, Nintendo did not change a single thing as far as we can see about the NES Classic Edition. There is still the same 2016 copyright notice on the packaging. The Japanese video game maker just paused production for about a year and now its back.
