Use SculptrVR to Create 3D Models In PS Virtual Reality.

SculptrVR debuted around three years ago, one by one the team added support for different VR platforms, and now SculptrVR is available for Playstation VR too. Creating 3D sculptures by using SculptrVr’s voxel engine is even more comfortable than drawing in 2D. It supports 10,000x zoom levels, which are more than enough for creating any kind of high precision and detailed 3D objects.

SculptrVR is specifically designed to get the best out of a person’s creative potential, with VR tracked controller and other tools available users can design 3D sculptures on the go; they do not even need first to outline their design as is necessary in 2D modeling, the graphics engine takes care of shading and perspective on its own.

With this kind of freedom and availability of special tools, even five-year-old kids can create basic 3D objects with ease. With SculptrVR and PS VR, your two hands provide an unrivaled opportunity of creating 3D artifacts in a virtual reality environment.

At present, SculptVR only comes with nine different shapes that be used for carving out any kind of 3D materials; surface adjustments can be done by deflating and bulge tools. Additional items in this toolset contain painting brushed and copy/paste of the created objects.

It also supports multiple layer systems and uses different material like clay, metal and even glow.

With copy and paste option, you can use the same 3d artwork to fill out an entire field, imagine creating a single chair and then filling the whole stadium with them, or using it as a craving tool for adding 3d texture to a full flat and dull wall.

For a new user, it will only take around ten minutes to get familiarized with different SculptrVR tools, within 10 minutes, they can start creating their first 3D masterpiece. The voxel engine used by SculptrVR adds surface details according to time and energy people spend in creating their 3D objects; the size of the sculptures is not bound by size constraints. One can build 3D landscape miles full in size and keep on adding further details to different individual 3D models.

For example, you can create a mountainous forest region and at the bottom of it is a log cabin that was not even noticeable from the top of the mountain, in the cabin you can create different things like chairs, fireplace, artifacts handing on the walls. The creative possibilities of the system are nearly endless. All this has been possible because of the SculptrVR’s multi-scale voxel engine.

All user creations can be shared by uploading to an online gallery.

According to SculptrVR builders, their product is only in its initial stage, over time they will keep on adding new features to it in the coming future and are fully committed to make it a perfect VR sculpting solution.
