Nintendo Switch Version of Another World Delayed to July 9
  • DotEmu Announces the Delay in Release Date for Out of This World

DotEmu is pushing back the release date for Another World, also known as Out of This World, in North America and Europe. Now it will be released on July 9th instead of today.

The cinematic platform game, Another World, or Out of This World as it is known in North America had been announced for release on Nintendo Switch. The release date for the game was set for June 25.

It was delayed however by the developer DotEmu. The reason that they gave for delay in Europe and the United States was that wanted to bring the best experience possible.

DotEmu announced the decision in an official tweet: “In order to bring you the best experience possible, we decided to delay Another World release date on Nintendo Switch to July 9 for Europe and the United States. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.”

Originally developed for the Amiga and Atari ST by Eric Chahi and Delphione Software back in 1991. The new release date for Nintendo Switch has been revealed as July 9, 2018 in the West.

The 20th Anniversary Edition of the game Another World is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, PC, iOS, and Android.
